COMMISSIONS
Have a unique masterpiece made just for you.
The content for commission work is usually inspired by previous paintings and studies by Richard or the client's own photographs.
Richard J Oliver begins the commission process by discussing with the client their needs and concepts and often looking at the space the commission will eventually be located. Richard and his wife Michelle, who has had decades of experience as an interior designer, will discuss and offer recommendations for the space, taking into consideration sizing, color, and subject. Mock ups and mood boards are routinely used to virtually stage ideas for clients considering commissions and a digital representation of the painting may be drafted before attempting the final piece.
